Scope
We, MAMBO Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, with our registered office at Habenschadenstr 56, 82049 Pullach im Isartal (“we”, “us”), offer our customers (“you”) the purchase of various golf-related products via our website www.golfriends.de (“website”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between us and you (collectively “Parties”) for the purchase of products through our website.
The currently applicable General Terms and Conditions are available at www.golfriends.de/terms during the order process and at any time. You can save and print them there. We do not store the contract text.
Contracting Party; Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with MAMBO Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, Habenschadenstr 56, 82049 Pullach im Isartal, Germany.
You can purchase products on the website either as a registered user or as a guest without creating an account.
You may place products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.
The presentation of the products on the website does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer by you. You submit a binding offer by entering all required information, accepting these Terms, and clicking the “Buy” button (“Offer”).
After receiving your offer, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email (“Confirmation of Receipt Email”). This does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract is concluded only when we explicitly accept your offer by sending an order confirmation or invoice (“Conclusion of Contract”).
Prepayment Methods
- The product presentation on the website constitutes a binding offer from us to conclude a purchase contract using the chosen prepayment method. You accept this offer by entering all required data, accepting these Terms, and clicking the “Buy” button.
- Immediately after receiving your acceptance, we will send you an email confirming your order and the conclusion of the contract (“Order Confirmation Email”).

By concluding the contract, you agree to pay the total purchase price (including any applicable shipping costs) as displayed at checkout.
All prices include applicable German VAT and any applicable delivery charges.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The available payment methods are shown before completing your order. We may add or remove payment options at any time.

Delivery Terms: Retention of Title
Shipping Costs
- Germany: €3.90 for orders under €49; free shipping for orders €49 and up.
- Austria: €5.90 under €49; free shipping from €49.
- Other EU countries (excluding BG, EE, GR, HR, LV, LT, MT, CY) + UK, Monaco, Switzerland:
- €9.90 under €49
- €5.90 from €49
- Free shipping from €99
For non-EU countries (e.g. UK, Switzerland), additional customs duties or local taxes may apply. These must be paid by you to the relevant authorities. Please consult local customs offices for details.
Products will be shipped by the courier indicated during the order process. The delivery period begins once we receive payment. Pickup is not available.
Partial deliveries may occur if reasonable. If so, you only pay shipping for the first shipment.
Please report visible transport damages to the delivery service and contact us immediately. This does not affect your legal warranty rights, but helps us in filing claims.
The products remain our property until full payment has been made.
Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory warranty laws apply.
If a product comes with an additional guarantee, the terms and conditions will be available with the product or in separate notices on our website.
Liability
We are liable as follows:
- Unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
- For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal duties).
- In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
- These limitations also apply to our employees, representatives, and agents.
- Liability under the Product Liability Act or for guarantees remains unaffected.

Dispute Resolution; Other Legal Provisions
The contract language is German.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG). If you are a consumer residing outside Germany, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your home country may still apply.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Munich, Germany.
